The ‘Beast’ Provides Mobile Emergency Power, Heat and EV Charging for Coastal Areas
In June/July 2024 Hurricane Beryl knocked power out to 2.3 million customers.
With hurricanes increasing in number and severity and freeze events doing the same people living in coastal areas face an increasing risk of being caught without grid electricity to cool, heat, and power their homes & businesses.
Accessing emergency power and emergency heat is now at the top of priorities for those living within unreliable power grid areas like TX, LA, FL, GA, SC and NC.
It takes decades to upgrade power grids on the scale required to reliably provide for everyone affected by natural disasters and folks need help now so they are ready for the worst when it happens again.
PestPro Thermal Systems, in partnership with RealPower, developed The Power + Heat Beast™ which our customers use to power as well as heat entire homes, apartments, and businesses in addition to Level 3 recharging their EVs when grid power is down and there is no power to access at home or a public recharging station.
We opened our doors in 2012, are employee-owned, and honored to have served our over 1500 customers worldwide in many different environments from the beaches of Fiji to the harshest climates of Canada's Northwest Territories to Florida’s Everglades.

The Power + Heat Beast™ uses a power distribution system connected to a built-in alternator using the PTO (Power Take-Off) feature on your Ford Heavy Duty F-Series 350-450, 550, or Class 6/7 Truck. (Sorry - Software limitations on Chrysler and Chevrolet transmissions currently do not permit this feature).
The largest version of The Beast can treat up to 7200 square feet in 5 hours putting out a mind-blowing 614,160 BTUs of safe, electric heat - unmatched by any competitive electric system.
This first-of-its-kind, proprietary power distribution method, enables you to treat, power, or heat multiple units simultaneously when dealing with large, heavily infested apartment complexes, dorms, barracks, or employee housing including commercial shipping fleets when docked.
Yet another 'Best-in-Class' feature unmatched by any other electric heat system is cable length from truck to treatment area can exceed 300 feet or more.
This allows you to provide heat treatments to high-rise units as high as the 29th floor.
