March 10th, 2020 It is absolutely amazing to go into a unit with active bed bugs scurrying around in the usual areas of a room especially on mattresses/bedding, and after using the PestPro thermal unit to see them all dead. Our SRO housing has seen an uptick in bed bugs the past several years. I bought my Pest Pro, bug be gone thermal solution in 2018. I own rooming houses and my tenant profile includes a few curb side shoppers who are not so discriminating in what or who they bring home. More than worth it!!!
In March of this year I discovered a horrific bedbug infestation in my daughter's room. I contacted a local pest control company, but to no avail, as they were not servicing due to the pandemic. I went through my daughter's room with a fine tooth comb, sweeping, vacuuming, steam cleaning and treating with over the counter bedbug removal products. Two months later, I discovered a re-infestation but this time the evil little critters managed to make their way into my room. After repeating the same the exhausting regimen in both mine and my daughter's room, I decided that I wasn't going to take anymore chances and called my local pest control company as the quarantine had lifted. After decades of successful travel my husband and I were stunned to discover (from bites in the night) that bedbugs had traveled home with us from our last trip. I panicked, began reading and called three companies in for estimates. We believed that our small invasion of one bed was limited to the area of our home with three bedrooms and two baths, separated from the rest of the house by stairs. All three companies told us over the phone that they were willing to treat just one area, but when they arrived all three said their phone people had made an error and they would have to treat all 3,000 square feet of our home on three levels. The thought of preparing our house for that onslaught, plus the use of chemicals was as great a shock as the thousands of dollars in their quotes with limited guarantees After reading that the only way to kill bedbugs was with heat, I typed "electric bedbug heaters"into google and the information on PestPro came up. Our business is exclusively rental properties and unfortunately one property became infested with bed bugs. First time in 42 years, but our luck finally ran out. Pestpro is the real deal. The staff is helpful and answered all my questions. I called them on July 19 and purchased on July 20. I was spraying every week and vacuuming every day. Nothing worked. I did my research and learned the only sure way to kill bed bugs is with heat. I bought my Pest Pro, bug be gone thermal solution in 2018. I own rooming houses and my tenant profile includes a few curb side shoppers who are not so discriminating in what or who they bring home. More than worth it!!!
In March of this year I discovered a horrific bedbug infestation in my daughter's room. I contacted a local pest control company, but to no avail, as they were not servicing due to the pandemic. I went through my daughter's room with a fine tooth comb, sweeping, vacuuming, steam cleaning and treating with over the counter bedbug removal products. Two months later, I discovered a re-infestation but this time the evil little critters managed to make their way into my room. After repeating the same the exhausting regimen in both mine and my daughter's room, I decided that I wasn't going to take anymore chances and called my local pest control company as the quarantine had lifted. Great Business Decision!
Having several rental properties it is apparent that one of the biggest profit killers is spending thousands on unexpected bed bug issues. I decided to purchase a machine for myself and it’s paid for itself after the first two uses. It was so easy to set up and use anyone can do it. AWESOME SERVICE & KNOWLEDGE
We have a heat system we purchased over 5 years ago. It has been a life saver! I run a shelter for homeless families and often times a family comes in with bed bugs and we try to treat everything immediately. Well we had a water accident and our machine wasn't working. We called Michael and he told me, before you spend the money replacing this machine, let's hook you up with a tech. Sure enough Greg was able to talk our staff through what could be wrong and WOW...the machine works. I'm so glad that Michael was more interested in our problem than he was in making another sale. The little machine from Colorado
After decades of successful travel my husband and I were stunned to discover (from bites in the night) that bedbugs had traveled home with us from our last trip. I panicked, began reading and called three companies in for estimates. We believed that our small invasion of one bed was limited to the area of our home with three bedrooms and two baths, separated from the rest of the house by stairs. All three companies told us over the phone that they were willing to treat just one area, but when they arrived all three said their phone people had made an error and they would have to treat all 3,000 square feet of our home on three levels. The thought of preparing our house for that onslaught, plus the use of chemicals was as great a shock as the thousands of dollars in their quotes with limited guarantees After reading that the only way to kill bedbugs was with heat, I typed "electric bedbug heaters"into google and the information on PestPro came up. Michael stayed with me on the phone at length, patiently answering my questions and the rest is bedbug history. We ordered the machine, treated all three bedrooms to be on the safe side and couldn't be more delighted with the outcome. Our hope is that in time our machine will be owned by a young person in our college town wishing to have a little business treating bedbugs. We would give Michael and PestPro ten stars if we could.

I am the pastor of a church that has some rental properties. A couple of years ago one of our properties became infested with bed bugs and after much frustration I decided to have it treated by a local company who used a heat process . The treatment was successful but very expensive and came with a very short warranty. Recently an elderly couple in our church had the same issue in their home. We decided it might be best to just purchase a machine and take care of it ourselves. I'm so glad we did, the sales person was a great help and walked us through the process. In a very short time they were bed bug free and very grateful. Thanks to the Pest Pro Thermal equipment should the need arise again we are ready.
Buy It
It is absolutely amazing to go into a unit with active bed bugs scurrying around in the usual areas of a room especially on mattresses/bedding and after using the PestPro thermal unit to see them all dead. They are flattened and you will find even more than you thought were there in the first place. My set up-paid for itself within the first six months of use. Hopefully you buy it and it sits in the corner collecting dust but if you are a landlord like myself I highly doubt that will be the case.
Landlord's Best Friend
Our business is exclusively rental properties and unfortunately one property became infested with bed bugs. First time in 42 years, but our luck finally ran out. Then we discovered the little buggers hitched a ride home with my husband. So Much Heat!
Pestpro is the real deal. The staff is helpful and answered all my questions. I called them on July 19 and purchased on July 20. I explained how the infestation was in my home and mainly in my child’s bedroom. I was getting ready to bring a newborn home and didn’t want to bring him into a home with bed bugs. I was spraying every week and vacuuming every day. Nothing worked. I did my research and learned the only sure way to kill bed bugs is with heat. My husband found Pestpro on the internet and I am so thankful he did. At first I was skeptical because it seemed expensive. What if it doesn’t work? What if I don’t receive the item? Once I spoke with Michael my doubts melted away. He was straight forward and patient. After receiving the equipment, we put the equipment straight to work. This machine produces lots of heat. You have to wait until the next morning and sometimes the room is still hot. When the temperature returns to normal you will be amazed at what you see and how many insects were hiding in the room and furniture.
