This hand written letter arrived via US Mail from one our bed bug heater customers.
It is a good example of and conveys the level of detail that is sometimes required to do the right thing even if it is not 'standard operating procedure'.
We care about each and every one of our customers and are committed to doing whatever it takes to make sure our bed bug heat machines perform and succeed wherever they are being used.
No one is perfect and miscommunication does happen but if we work together to solve issues they get resolved.
I wish there was room to post all of these letters but this one really stood out for me.
